Confidence boosting - The Process

We have a free Zoom consultation together for around 15 mins just to discuss your confidence levels and how that is affecting you and to decide if you feel comfortable about working with me.
If you want to take it further I suggest that you book a one off confidence boost session to start with.
At the end of this session I will give you a recording to go away and work on.
You may then decide that you want to work further on your issue at which point you are welcome to book further sessions but that is your decision.

Confident Hypnotherapy Session Prices

Each session will last 60 minutes and could be up to 90 minutes depending on whether we are having a breakthrough moment so please allow plenty of time. Sessions cannot be booked without having a free consultation first so book that first. Once we have done that I will send you a booking link for the first session and bank details for payment. Payment is in advance of each session, or series of sessions.
